How we make this site
No Worries Japan is a free, private website. Hexa Relation, a small business in Japan, makes it for people who are new to Japan. We use AI to help write and translate the pages. We check what we write against information from Japanese public offices, and each page shows the source and the date we checked it. A language is not published until a native speaker has checked it, or its pages say “Translation in review”.
If you find a mistake, please tell us with “Report a mistake”. When we confirm a mistake, we fix it within 7 days.
What we do
- We read information from Japanese public offices and write a short guide in your language. Each page shows the source and the date we checked it.
- We make Japanese cards you can show at the counter.
What we do not do
Some work needs a license in Japan. For these, please ask the official counter or a licensed professional:
- Immigration paperwork, or advice on your own case (行政書士 or 弁護士)
- Legal advice (弁護士)
- Finding or renting a home for you (宅地建物取引業者)
- Finding a job for you (needs a government permit)
- Medical diagnosis or advice (a doctor)
