Privacy policy
Last updated: 2026-10-09
- We never ask for your name, address, residence card, or nationality.
- Your language and checklist stay on your phone only.
- We show where each fact comes from, and we fix mistakes when you tell us.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for your name, address, phone number, email address, residence card number, or nationality. We do not use advertising cookies. For analytics, we use a tool that does not use cookies (see “Data sent to others (Cloudflare Web Analytics)” below).
What stays on your phone
Your chosen language and your checklist ticks are saved in your browser (only on your phone). They are not sent to us. You can delete them by clearing your browser data.
Hosting
Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) hosts this site on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical data, including IP addresses (a number that identifies your internet connection). Cloudflare’s own privacy policy says that, for content sent through its services, it acts as a processor on behalf of the site operator. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy (version effective November 4, 2025; checked October 9, 2026).
Data sent to others (Cloudflare Web Analytics)
We want to know which pages people read and if pages load slowly. For this, we use “Cloudflare Web Analytics”, an analytics service of Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). When you open a page on this site, your browser sends this information to Cloudflare:
- the URL of the page (Cloudflare says it does not record the part of the URL after “?”)
- the page or site you came from (the referrer)
- the type of your browser, operating system, and device (for example, computer or smartphone)
- how fast the page loads
- the date and time
- your IP address also reaches Cloudflare, because this is how the internet works
The statistics that Cloudflare shows us also include the visitor’s country.
Sent to: Cloudflare, Inc. (service name: Cloudflare Web Analytics)
Our purpose: To learn which pages people read, and to improve the content and the loading speed. We only look at total numbers. We do not use this data to identify individual people.
Cloudflare’s purpose: To make statistics and show them to us. Cloudflare says that this analytics tool does not use cookies or browser storage (such as localStorage), and does not use your IP address or browser information to identify you. Cloudflare’s privacy policy also says that, across its services, it may combine the data it collects and use data to find and stop harmful traffic.
To learn more, see Cloudflare Web Analytics, the FAQ, and the Cloudflare Privacy Policy (all in English; checked October 9, 2026).
What we receive from “Report a mistake”
- the type of problem you chose
- the page it is about
- your language
- the text you wrote (optional, up to 500 characters)
- the time
Purpose of use: We use your report only to correct this site.
We do not store your IP address in our report database. Before we save your text, we hide anything that looks like a residence card number, email address, or phone number. Please do not write names or other personal details.
Our report data is stored on Cloudflare servers in the Asia-Pacific region. We delete each report 6 months after we decide whether to change the site. Only the operator can access it.
To stop spam, the report form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare processes technical data for this check.
Requests and complaints
You can ask us to tell you the purpose of use, to give you a copy, to correct, or to stop using personal information we hold about you. You can also send us a complaint. Email us at the address below. We may need to confirm who you are. Reports are not linked to any person, so we usually cannot find a specific report.
